Recognition – Law degrees in India should be duly approved by Bar Council of India (BCI). In absence of this mandatory approval, degree holders won’t be able to practice in the courts & also remain ineligible for further higher studies. Diplomas & certifications don’t need BCI approval but should be offered by a recognized institution.
